Highly recommend Katie Shelton Young! We just closed on our first house and Katie was there every step of the way! She drove many many miles to show us houses from early mornings to late nights. BB&T was a horrendous lender that delayed our process for months...Katie was supportive and informative through our stressful time and when everything seemed to be falling apart she stepped in a recommended MIG and had the process taken care of in a matter of weeks! Can’t praise her enough.
I advise anyone who is looking to purchase or sale property to look elsewhere. I worked with Sei-ondra twice when purchasing a home. She was rude and pushy. There are plenty of good realtors in Chattanooga. She is not one of them. If I can help anyone avoid the mistake that I made I will. This post will probably be taken down but I am making it my mission to advise as many people as possible to look elsewhere when selling or purchasing their home. I hope that this helps someone avoid the costly mistake that I made.
