Brendan and team did a phenomenal job executing for us on our home purchase in Austin. We couldn't ask for a better team to assist us with the purchase of our new home. I dislike realtors and Brendan (+ his team) impressed me. He takes feedback without taking it personally and knows how to handle problems behind the scenes so you don't lose sleep over an already stressful process. He does his homework, shows up prepared every time, looks at data/comps, and handles everything you don't want to. If I could give Brendan 10 stars I would. He's won my referral and recommendation to anyone. If I could talk to myself a month ago, I'd do partner with him again.
