I had a business transaction on an investment that I had hoped I could pass onto my children. Justin lied and deceived me and when confronted (of course after I paid cash) he ran to his attorney and blocked me. DO NOT TRUST HIM AND JUST LOOK HIM UP ON BELOW DECK IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE KIND OF GUY HE TRULY IS.
Justin is head and shoulders above other realtors. We considered 4 others but there was no contest. Along with his detailed knowledge of the area, he also has deep knowledge of different lending strategies (including hard money options, which we ended up using) and how to evaluate investment properties and ensure they pencil out. When you add on his property management experience and connections, there was no contest. We would never have gone ahead with our current, complex project without him.
