We were repeatedly assured by agent Trina Tuyet Luong that the ADU tenant would be out by closing. We relied on those assurances, paid for the appraisal, and moved forward with the purchase. I recently purchased a house with One of your agent name Ellie Barani Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. She did not keep her WORD, and I regret choosing her as my agent. After receiving her commission, she blocked my number and stopped answering any questions about the property I purchased with her. It was a big mistake to work with her
