Team Yates posted a listing with a realtor remark stating no offers will be accepted until the next business day. However, when my wife and I went to view it on Sunday, Josh Yates told us it had sold on Saturday. Funny, as we viewed it with no problem on Saturday, as this was going to be our second viewing with hopes of makng an offer. Since when did Saturday and Sunday become business days? It seems team Yates are cheaters with their own agenda. Pathetic excuse for Realtors.
