Tim was very helpful when we visited Peoria to find and purchase a new home. We relocated from Texas and had only a short time to find a new home. Due to some health issues I needed some special assistance which Tim cheerfully provided. He was very knowledgeable about the area and history of greater Peoria . He listened to our needs and we found the perfect home in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone needing a realtor’s services
This realtor was supposed to call me back to clarify a time and date to meet later in the day and he never did. It's been a week now and I am on a tight schedule and he still hasn't called/texted/emailed to confirm a time. Disappointed.
