I regret working with The Stawasz Group. They promised a smooth and fast closing process, but it was anything but. There were constant delays, and the paperwork was riddled with errors. Their lack of attention to detail made what should have been an exciting experience a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I had a terrible experience with The Stawasz Group. Our agent failed to show up for two scheduled property viewings without any notice. When we finally met, they pressured us into making an offer on a house that didn’t meet our needs. The lack of professionalism and care was appalling. We felt like just another transaction to them.
The Stawasz Group completely misrepresented the property we were interested in. The listing photos were outdated, and the house had clear structural issues that were never disclosed. Our agent was dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. We wasted so much time and money on this process. I wouldn’t trust them with anything related to real estate.
Francini was a great resource for me throughout my first home-buying process! She was patient and attentive to my requests and questions, connecting me with a great contractor and lender who were also very helpful. She was flexible and helped me negotiate a few items on an as-is house. When I got beat out in a competitive market, she was positive and hopeful that we'd find me the right place - and we did!
I was very pleased to work with the Stawasz group, and Sammy Piccolo to assist in selling a rental property. I was pleased with the process, Sammy was able to properly address every hurdle we needed to clear. Katy Kane the transaction coordinator was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
