Recommend competent inspectors. Alliance Home Inspection did an extremely poor job. We are looking at $16k+ that we should not be spending if he had done a proper job. Not only did he not bother to look a little further beyond evidence of water leaks, he missed/ignored blatant faults that we had to insist be addressed that we had seen on our visit. Some issues were so obvious the repairman offered to fix them, but was told by the owner not to bother because Joe Tortorigi did not find fault!
I realtors are always receptive when I visit for open houses. Great office!
Being in the stop 2% nationally, this is the only Market Center I recommend!
Doug Harden & Melba Franklin are snake oil salesmen who will tell you what you want to hear and never deliver. They are also extremely unethical, as we caught them lying many times. They are the sole reason why the sale of our home fell through. Please proceed with caution and know what you are getting into when working with Doug and his broker Melba Franklin.
