We did not work with Amanda Koch directly, but she represented the buyers for our home. While I appreciate that she helped her clients find the right property, I was genuinely concerned by her approach to professional boundaries. Keller Williams is the worst real estate brokerage I have ever dealt with as a seller. A real estate agent named Julian Harris brought an unqualified buyer to our house that did not have proof of funds (a criminal who was trying to steal our house from us). We found out on our own that the buyer was unqualified even though our realtor (Julian) was certain the buyer was legit.
