Keller Williams is the worst real estate brokerage I have ever dealt with as a seller. A real estate agent named Julian Harris brought an unqualified buyer to our house that did not have proof of funds (a criminal who was trying to steal our house from us). We found out on our own that the buyer was unqualified even though our realtor (Julian) was certain the buyer was legit. Great experience buying our new home.
Not sure who the agent was who showed my house on Friday but I’m very disappointed with their professionalism. They set off the house alarm during initial entry (code clearly noted on paperwork) and did not reset the alarm when they left. On top of that, when we checked the house the following day the front door was not even closed let alone locked. When people are trusting you to be in their home in their absence and you don’t have the respect to lock up or set the alarm that is a gross violation of trust. This is a poor re... read more
