Please for your sanity and peace of mind stay away from these people. They basically took my mother’s home a way from her and she received absolutely nothing. Any profit was given to the buyer. They will talk you in circles and you will not understand anything and just give in. They are very unresponsive and unreliable.
I was given Michael's info through another realtor I found on the internet as I was searching for one to do a short sale on my house trying to keep it from going into forclosure. I spoke to Michael once and that was it throughout this entire long process. The rest was emails only with his assistant Cindy, never spoke to her. I was new to this entire process of being a homeowner and thought I was getting good advice to go with a short sale. I purchased my first home from Michael and he was completely unresponsive to my realtor, never replaced the sliding door that I have receipt for, and left the lock box on my door. Luckily I was able to figure out how to take the lock box off, but where is my $1000 sliding door? I am very unhappy with his service.
