Katie helped me buy my first home, babysat me through the whole process as I did not know what I was doing. 10/10 recommend and will use again in the future.
Katie Johnston has been amazing. This has been a very difficult time to sell a home in this market! Katie stuck by me and encouraged me that she would get it done.....and SHE DID! She's kind, patient, hard working but most of all incredibly responsive. There were no dumb questions in her eyes and she always took the time to explain exactly what was going on. Anyone would be lucky to have Katie has their realtor. If i could give her 10 stars I would!

Really enjoyed working with Katie. My written words cannot fully convey the high regard I have for her level of courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. She always kept us informed when things were happening with the different entities involved with the transaction, she was quick to return communications whether they were phone, text or e-mail.
