A price agreement on a property was reached with KW and the seller. In good faith I paid for an inspection of the property in a timely manner. They turned around and accepted higher offer and likely used my inspection report for the higher bidder and refused to even offer me a partial refund of the $1200 I spent for the inspection.
Terrible communication from the Broker. Reached out to her on multiple ocassions and left voicemails. No call backs. You email her and she just replies & tells you to call you with any further questions. Why didnt you just reply to my inquiry via email instead of telling me to call you?
