Marc Herbst is one of the least professional agents I’ve ever worked with. His lack of communication and follow through is embarrassing for someone others are supposed to trust. I would never advise working with someone like him as he’d rather post 3 children at the ages of 2, 6 and 8 in a hotel room for 5 days after breaching a contract post closing on a house versus solving a problem that had many other solutions which were given to him. We love Keller Williams! But most of all, our realtor Marc Herbst, is the best!! He sold us our first house back in 2017, and now we are building another, and he is helping us sell the house that he FIRST help us purchase. Hes kind, patient and understanding. Before we found him, we had another realtor who was extremely pushy and just wanted to get a sale. Marc is the complete opposite. Marc actually cares!
