This is the most unprofessional lady in charge of rental properties. With just over a month to go we were asked to pay our remainder of our rental fees, only to find out 23 days out from our vacation we were sent a cancelation. I asked Pam to call me 3-4 times via email, upon her request, we received nothing. We were vacationing with another family at The Beach Club and couldn't switch locations. They canceled on me while in route from Illinois to Gulf Shores this was 48 hours after I booked it and recieved confirmation. They sent me to another realtor and told me they would take care of me. Got another place in the same building and had to pay $600.00 more. Other than finding me another place they did nothing to compensate me from the original booking price and the other price. It seemed like a bait and switch situation.
