Gustavo was the seller's realtor in a transaction my wife and I attempted to close on. The listing was posted on a Sunday night asking for $285,000, and by that Tuesday morning, we had an offer submitted. Our offer of $282,000 was accepted. Here is where the problem began. Gustavo listed the property at 1600 Sq Ft. Based on the records, property showed only 1100 Sq Ft.
