I own land in Bullhead City, AZ. I did NOT give Nichole Klier of Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty authorization to sell my land or list my land. I went under contract with a DECEITFUL wholesaler named Preston Blincoe who acted as though he was buying my land for $30K. I told him I needed to close in 2-3 weeks, (since I am moving across the country with my babies.) He kept lying to me about why he wasn't sending it to title.
