Managers here are a joke
Really great people to work with. They were so helpful. Something went awry with our bathroom remodel and I reached out to see what was in stock for the specific bathtub configuration I needed. They delivered the bathtub same day and upon opening the box we saw it was scratched up from shipping. As soon as they were notified they had someone grab it the next day and the refund was a breeze. If I had more time to wait for our remodel to get done I would 100% order something specialty from them, and still may for other items.
