It's in a great location and the apartments are nice. The leasing office is super nice. The lights go out a lot and dog owners don't pick up their poop. Parking is a pain some times but other than that everything has been great.
I love how quiet the community is and how friendly the staff is. The complex it'sself is really nice from the pool to the gym and to top it off the sidewalk area that almost acts as a little trail to run on
Amazing place to live! Located just minutes away from Addison and close to all major highways, but is one of the most quiet communities I have ever lived in. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. When you need something they are on it and most of the time have it done within the same day or the next business day. The pool is AMAZING and it makes you feel as though you are on vacation everytime you step foot through the gates. I am in love with my apartment and living at Keller Springs Crossing!
I would not recommend Keller Springs Crossings a Lincoln Property for the following reasons. 1. Poor security. There is not a gate system, nor a key fob system, and in absence of these security measures there are no video surveillance inside or outside of the building leaving the complex completely wide open for anything to happen.
