I was going to move into this apartment and I was really looking forward to it but circumstances changed which prevented me from moving in. I had not signed the lease. In fact, I put the admin fees and deposit down to hold the apartment back in mid January. They failed to send me the lease within 3-5 days after being approved. I had to ask them to send me the lease agreement. I then put a large chunk of money toward the apartment and they’re saying that they can not refund my money. This is very insensitive. CAF Management company is the worst I've encountered.
I have not received my deposit back from almost a month ago. Called several times and emailed 2 different people. I stopped by the office and when they pulled it up it showed it had refunded. We reviewed my bank account and NO it had not. Jordyn was suppose to find out what to do and call me back. Well once again, no call back or email. If this apartment really needed my 175 all they need to do is ask.
Brandon T. was very helpful. He had the best customer service I've experienced since I've lived here for almost a year.
