i can't speak to the companies craftmanship, but the 1 star rating is due to the fact the customer service i received was less then acceptable to me. it took 9 days (7 working days) to get an emailed estimate from them. and even that didn't reflect a discount i was supposed to received. so i cancelled my request for estimate, contacted another company and the very next day they showed up and contacted me and went over everything with me. i never saw the person that did my estimate nor did they leave any type of card or note ... read more
