Poor experience, the team at Keller Real Estate Group lacks basic customer service and communication skills. Based on my experience as a renter I would contact them through multiple ways, multiple times and would not receive a response, or it would be a very delayed response.
Keller is the best rental company I have ever rented from. They are friendly, charge fair rent prices, and go out of their way to help out their renters. They are great at repairs and requests. Rent from these guys if you can.
Such great people! I live in their apartments. They are reachable and understanding. They have reasonable rent and nice apartments! No lie! Keller has been a great landlord!
Keller is really great about making repairs. They are great people and you can contact them if you have maintenance problems, they have an emergency number where you can actually get a hold of one of them.
