Very attentive doctor.
the Doctor reviewed the x-rays and pointed out the changes made. He discussed the results which are outstanding and what I might in the future. He patiently answered my many questions. I have some stiffness but the pain in my legs and lower back is gone. I am very happy with the result and would recommend him to anyone suffering back and leg pain.
I can't say enough good things about Atlantic Orthopaedic. I visited Atlantic Orthopaedic with severe lower back, buttocks, and leg pain due to 3 bulging disks in my lower back. Prior to visiting Atlantic Orthopaedic, I attempted multiple epidurals, nerve blocks, and RFA over an 8 month period but nothing worked. Dr. K and his team performed my first surgery ever, an anterior spinal fusion of the cervical spine. From visit one through my final visit, every member of the team was professional and down to earth. The fact that I had my doubt about the surgery but was going to do and still pain but was amaze with result
He treated me like a real person, listened to what I said and came up with a plan. I am now a year out and quite happy. Stopped pain meds early in my recovery which was great. I walk with no issues from the surgery.
I had back surgery with Dr. k Before the surgery I was in constant pain. I could not do a lot of things. After my surgery all I could do was cry, because I finally had relief. I was so happy with the results. Everything went so well the staff was very sensitive to my needs and the Dr k was very thorough with explaining the entire process to me. My daughter had Microdiscectomy due to a herniated disc sitting on a nerve. She had pain down her left leg for months. We tried everything before we decided to proceed with surgery. We asked neighbors and coworkers for references and Dr. K was the first name they mentioned. My daughter went ahead with the surgery and is now pain free. He gave my daughter’s life back to her. She is now back to her everyday activities once more. We are beyond grateful to Dr. K.
He takes the time to listen to your concerns and discusses options for treatment before making decisions with his patient. I would recommend to anyone with back concerns.
