A relative is at this facility. The night staff is terrible. Conditions are terrible.
My mother stayed here and was kept comfortable and entertained. She passed three days after going home. The medical staff were outstanding. Living in OKC, they answered all my questions and kept me informed. The administrative was also outstanding. They helped me understand all the Medicare mess and helped me always. Outstanding.
Keller Oaks took AMAZING care of my mama,the nurses went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of.I also liked the fact they ket us informed of everything no matter how trivial it might of seemed,I would highly recommend them.
My mom has been here since March and I am very pleased with the facility. It always smells nice and the nurses are helpful and friendly. My mom enjoys all the activities they have to offer her.!
