ppl that care. keep the place clean.. in the residents rooms. actually find ppl to care for the residents, not ABUSE
I have been at Keller Oaks for one week now. I couldn't be happier. I am getting good therapy for the paralysis in my legs. Everyone is really nice to me. All nursing homes have some problems but it is clean and the people I see daily seems happy.

They hire anybody, the staff is full of drug Heads hoes , they are not to be trusted!
Had to move relative from facility. Not happy with the care given to my mom. Along with an accident that occurred and was not reported until a family member the bruises which was 3 days later. We are still waiting for report.
Don't let the hype fool you. A facility should have 0 deficiencies after being told what to correct but there is more to this one than what you see. After 6 years we had to move out for fear of what else WAS happening when we weren't around. An unexplained injury is one thing but hiding it is another. They don't really feed the residents what they say they do on the menu cards, they have a friends and family hiring practice which creates clichés, cover ups and at times tension, and they ignore residents most of the time.
