Website prices are wrong and Marie refused to honor her stated web prices. She was rude, harsh, bragged about herself and rushed through the haircut. People use the internet to make informed decisions, which she doesn't quite understand. The salon was unorganized and cluttered... cords and wires tangled around the floor, (people tripping on) dusty and papers and cable boxes sitting on the floor where customers can see.
