I currently live at a Keller Investments property in Flagstaff AZ (and have for the past year and a half) . The people I have spoken to that work onsite do the best they can to make residents comfortable, but there is little they can do. The building I live in has had its water shut off due to leaks over 10+ times, sometimes multiple times in one week and usually never with adequate warning (most have been less than 2 hours when I’m usually away from the apartment). North Union Apartments: They are very misleading. I was told several times by Mallory that I can move into an apartment for a month and then move over to an apartment on the north side that has a better view. She mentioned several times that they can do that. I signed the application and the manager calls me stating that I have to wait 6 months.
