My interactions with the Keller Interior office employees was wonderful. They were patient and understanding of my needs & scheduling. My installation was horrible, a complete nightmare. Kellers Interiors in Reno/Sparks, NV is awful. I have just read reviews that span over 8 years on this platform that catalogue our experience as well. Why would Lowe's contract with such an abominable company? I spent many hours on the phone trying to get my carpet installed. They are playing hide and seek with my carpet. The supervisor who has rescheduled us has no idea where his installer is who was supposed to be here at 8AM. Horrible company, never use and never use Lowes to do your installs either, Lowes contract with Keller Interiors and they have horrible customer service, horrible installers who book appointments and never show up or call. When you try to call Keller, they never return your calls, regional managers ignore requests for call backs and the regional managers manager also ignore your requests for call back. NEVER EVER USE THEM.

If I could, I would give Keller Interiors a minus 10. Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a carpet through Lowe's. Keller is their installation company. Multiple appointments scheduled by Keller were cancelled after confirming the date with them. The last one, after 3 months of waiting was cancelled again on the confirmed day of installation. I would never use Keller Interiors again!! Office staff very rude, dismissive and unprofessional!! Had vinyl flooring installed by them through Lowes. There was such an excessive amount of flooring left over; way more than you would expect even working with a pattern. Even though I have to take their word for it that they needed to order that much flooring, they were very rude about it. Will no longer do business with them which means I’m also limiting my business with Lowes for using them.

Do not use Keller Interiors. They tried charging us $1,300 to level our floors even after I took out a 5 foot level to prove that our floors are level. They have also been stringing us along for 5 weeks with no results. We have been living with subfloors for 5 weeks and yet they keep making up excuses as to why they cannot complete the installation. There is no accountability with their office staff and one member of their office staff actually yelled at me this morning. Consumers beware...do not use this company.
