Carlos and his team are fantastic! Every contact I had with them was pleasant and professional. I was easily able to make an appointment and schedule service quickly. The amount of time the car was in the shop was reasonable. The work that was performed (body work & paint) was excellent. And when it came to billing, it was less than expected. I definitely feel valued as a customer and I'm very happy with the service I received.

No need to look further!!! I really recommend this shop! Carlos and team were very helpful, communication was very honest and transparent, their customer service is amazing! They really work hard to get the best customer satisfaction! Very very trustworthy and honest.. they helped me navigate the other driver’s insurance adjuster (or the 4 I had assigned during the 7 months my car was at the shop - parts were in back order!).. I highly recommend them!!!
Dropped my car off for hail damage. They left my car out in a new hail storm. They wanted to see how much of the new damage they could “claim” was from the first hail storm and just have my insurance cover the new damage (and the newly cracked windshield) in a supplement. When I told them I didn’t want them to cut corners to “save me my deductible” they told me I’d need to file a second claim. The owners are so friendly and accommodating! They truly care about their customers, and did such an amazing job on our vehicle! I highly recommend going to these kind hearted, hard working people for your vehicle needs. They also cleaned up the inside of our vehicle, and it looks spectacular!
After multiple problems with a competitor. I took my truck in, the team at Keller Haslet found the issues and handled everything with the insurance, rental and all. Now after using them on 2 different occasions, they for sure will get every bit of my business and referrals. Thank you guys for taking excellent care of my family!!

Keller Haslet Collision Center has been great to work with on several occasions lately. Someone damaged my car in a hit and run and they did a great job making it like new again. Then another couple of mishaps with another vehicle were taken care of quickly and timely. They are my go to for body work. Awesome, professional and treat you like family. Thanks KHCC.
They took great care of me and my vehicle. Best customer service!!! The hail damage was fixed on my car quickly and correctly. They went above and beyond and cleaned my car for me, which was a nice surprise. The shop is neatly decorated and clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Will be using them for all my vehicle needs in the future!
