If you have a Ford call Drew Hubert at Keller Ford. It will be fixed the first time compared too the other ford dealer that say that is normal or it is in the specs. Tom Boss is legendary modest technician that will fix it. Dustin the service manager is also the best! Matt Sunderlin getting his 2017 Ford Cmax fixed right the first time.
Keller Ford is the worst dealership possible! I have purchased new **** vehicle my entire life. Even purchased a new 2017 Mustang from this dealership. Brought a vehicle there for body work and it sat there for 7 months. Some because of parts issues but mostly because of lack of employees and just plain dropping the ball. The owner of the dealership could care less. The Controller of the company could care even less. They single handedly cost us $7,000.00. Very unhappy with Keller Ford... (1) My 2007 Ford Fusion's A/C was not working. Keller Ford's maintenance people spent several hours diagnosing the problem. They recharged the A/C system; charged me for this and it did not correct the problem - the car did not need refrigerant as there were no leaks. (1.1) Their conclusion was that the PCM card required replacement. The estimate of that fix was $1,200.00. (1.2) They charged me $306.30 for the diagnostic work.
