Look elsewhere! Everyone we initially worked with on our project has left Kell and this happened before COVID! They took hours and hours of our time to understand our business practices but then did not use all of the pertinent information, then said we signed off on the requirements, but the requirements were vague and up for interpretation. I worked with KELL on a full redesign and rollout of our database plus an integration with our redesigned website. I am not a technologist. From start to finish KELL was an incredible partner in what became a very complex project. We are a growing non profit with no IT staff and limited technical expertise. Kell has been our partner for years. We use their VA services constantly in place of having our own IT staff and they are fast, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. We have a number of different integrations with third party tools and that naturally leads to issues from time to time.
