The customer service is terrible, I called because they moved my car onto a bus stop and left it there and I got a ticket! I called support and the lady that picked up rudely denied any part of this even though I have camera footage of this happening and then yelled at me and hung up on me.
Terrible Customer Service, they moved my car to a bus stop and left it there where I got a ticket! I Have a video of them just rolling it. Called customer support the lady rudely denied this claim told her I can sent a video she proceeded to be rude and hung up. Horrible service will be filing a complaint against them. They clearly do not care for their clients or business.
