APPALLING! We own a small pet care business and a woman Debra that works there outwardly demanded I give her our credit card information before sending a tech over after refusing to service our unit when my daughter made the initial call. The customer service is terrible, I called because they moved my car onto a bus stop and left it there and I got a ticket! I called support and the lady that picked up rudely denied any part of this even though I have camera footage of this happening and then yelled at me and hung up on me.
