Looks nice, but... The apartments looks nice, but they don't seem to be built very well. The manager is also not very friendly.
I have lived here for about 8 months and I love it here! The complex itself is lovely, the staff is extremely helpful and the entire area is very dog friendly. Highly recommended.
Do not rent here! No smoking...ya ok. People still smoke behind the apartments on the property so the smoke gets inside the 3rd floor. I'm smelling it right now! Also, you are forced to pay for a covered parking spot ($25/month) if you have 2 vehicles. You can't park your motorcycle in the uncovered areas as it needs to be under cover. They say they'll charge fees if you back into a parking spot, well that isn't true. They claim to charge people if they don't clean up after their dog, well that doesn't help as I've seen many... read more
Just went over ONE YEAR of Living in GREAT apartment!! We moved into one of the first available apartments one year ago. The staff has been great, and it has been a wonderful experience as we've all gone through getting covered parking, initiating the exercise room and the pool! Love our apartment - huge bedrooms and beautiful kitchen. Nice little patio and love that we can have our two dogs. GREAT place to LIVE!!
I had a sudden panic when I realized I needed to find an apartment in the Salem/Keizer area. When I saw the listing for the Keizer Station Apartments I was blown away. These apartments are exactly what I wanted. I love the pool, easy access to the 24/7 gym, amazing staff and a safe and clean environment. I am certainly blessed to find these apartments and they are well priced for what they offer.
