We had a new air conditioning/heat pump replaced with a separate unit for an upstairs room, along with a tankless hot water heater installed. Very competitive pricing. Part of the job was challenging, but they kept at it until it was done right. Keith and his crews were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He does what he says he will do. We were very comfortable having them in our home. I would definitely recommend them for installation or repairs.
We had a fairly large project with some interesting challenges. Keith's team was timely, professional, and Keith kept me informed during the whole process and patiently answered all of my many questions. I would most definately recommend Keith's to family and neighbors.

I attend First Baptist Church of Norfolk with Keith and taught Sunday School with him. When my air conditioning/heating system died a couple weeks ago I thought of him. He was very quick to respond. He and his personnel are friendly, trustworthy and competent. I felt comfortable enough to leave a key under a flower pot and allowed them to have complete, full, unsupervised access to my home and knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Fast to respond and fix for my problem. If I have another HVAC problem I will defiantly call Keith's again.
