Keiths Professional Services is a great team of individuals who will ensure whatever you are experiencing is resolved and done in a timely manner. Last month I had my heating and air system (heat pump, air handler, refrigerant lines, and thermostat) replaced by Keith and team and everyone was professional, very knowledgeable about the equipment, and what needed to be done. My a/c went out on a Sunday. Keith, the owner came out and did a great job! He was professional and didn't try and "find" more things wrong and take advantage. I highly recommend the company. They also give a military discount.
Called Keith for his services and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it within 1.5 hours. Great customer service.
Fast, quality service. Called Keith's at 8:00 am and they were at my house by 10:30 am. They diagnosed the problem very quickly - and accurately. I can't say enough about the excellent service provided by Keith's Professional Services. During the hottest (record breaking) week of the year, my A/C unit stopped working. I contacted the service company that had installed the unit and was advised that it would be 1-week before they could send a technician out. We have been knowing Keith for a long time. He is always dependable and very trustworthy. He is prompt and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I have seen him work till 9-10PM at night taking care of customers.. His knowledge of the business is outstanding and he can pinpoint a problem while talking to you over the phone. Keith and his Team did a tremendous job in installing two 16 seer units for my home. In addition the Team discarded two old units and then moved my small unit with the two new units to a different location. Extremely quick response, very reasonable for emergency rate (in fact it wasn't even an emergency rate) Explained everything he did while he did it, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Keith if you are in need of air conditioning services. Do not hesitate to call him.
