VERY DISAPPOINTED! This company installed a new drip pan and a piece of equipment that detects condensation. Well, clearly when you have a hot attic and an a/c unit, humidity will occur. Should have installed the bobber type instead. Their piece caused our unit to cut off and we called our home warranty company to dispatch. After paying $100 for the deductible, it was discovered that this piece was the culprit. Instead of doing the right thing and paying te $100 for his piece causing the issue Keith told us too bad. We just completed an HVAC installation with Keith's Professional. From start to finish, Keith displayed a very high level of professionalism, very timely response and excellent communication/follow-through! We would most definitely call Keith again and recommend him to others.
Keith and his team evaluated by broken heater the day that I called for service. They completely repaired the heater within 2 days. Keith was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with his service.

Keith's team installed a gas furnace/heatpump and tankless water heater for me two years ago. Everything has been great and the price was much better than other estimates. They were helpful with coordinating with Va Natural Gas since I had to get gas service installed, too. I recently had a minor issue with the duct from the furnace and they came out and fixed it quickly. The technitions are very professional and courtous. I have nothing but good things to say about the company.
