Steer clear of Keith Collins. If you are a service provider, you can expect shady dealings and under-compensation. I am currently in a situation where they agreed to a price and later felt the price was too high, so they paid an employee a percentage of the bill and are trying to call that square. Combination of sketchy and arrogant. Village of Bailey Station, I would be mindful of with whom you are doing business.
Our HOA has used Keith Collins Co LLC for 14 years. We have been very pleased with the quality of the support staff in Germantown as well as our property manager, Katrina Cousar, who lives locally. She is very responsive to owner issues and concerns. Recommend highly.
