02/22/2020 I have lived in Riverwood Farms and have been a part of the Riverwood HOA for 11 years. I have never in 11 years received a late fee on my HOA dues. In 2018 the Riverwood HOA was sued due to an issue of allocation and mismanagement of HOA dues. As a concerned homeowner I wanted to know what was going on and how the funds were being managed. Steer clear of Keith Collins. If you are a service provider, you can expect shady dealings and under-compensation. I am currently in a situation where they agreed to a price and later felt the price was too high, so they paid an employee a percentage of the bill and are trying to call that square. Combination of sketchy and arrogant. Village of Bailey Station, I would be mindful of with whom you are doing business.

Our HOA has used Keith Collins Co LLC for 14 years. We have been very pleased with the quality of the support staff in Germantown as well as our property manager, Katrina Cousar, who lives locally. She is very responsive to owner issues and concerns. Recommend highly.
