I have lived in a Keith Collins Managed HOA for 13 years, and not once had any negative dealings with Sheelagh Burton, and now, Tracy DeWitt. I have been on the HOA board 4 of those years, and 2 years as president. I have found the Keith Collins Co. employees to be approachable and efficient. The ladies have actually been a joy to work with! :-)

Our HOA has been using Keith Collins Management for about 5 years. Tammy Joyner is our manager with years of experience and knowledge that has helped our HOA become more educated in all aspects of a non profit business. Keith Collins offers the Caliber system which allows for electronic history of records, invoices, etc. that can be so easily lost in the transition of boards from year to year. Keith Collins has been our management company for several years and for the last two years, I have been directly involved as Board President with Joyce Spiecha, our property manager. While the Board and its Committees are ultimately responsible for the neighborhood, Joyce provides invaluable service by giving direction and advice to help us better serve our community. The K. Collins person working with this HOA did not respond to 2 emails I sent about 2 wks. apart in the fall. Covenants are not being enforced. I have spoken by phone with secretary for that rep. about enforcement of covenants but have seen no change or enforcements since that time over 6 months ago. Have not had an HOA meeting in almost 3 years. According to a board member I know, an HOA meeting was to be held in late summer, then it was by the end of 2021. 02/22/2020 I have lived in Riverwood Farms and have been a part of the Riverwood HOA for 11 years. I have never in 11 years received a late fee on my HOA dues. In 2018 the Riverwood HOA was sued due to an issue of allocation and mismanagement of HOA dues. As a concerned homeowner I wanted to know what was going on and how the funds were being managed.
