Dr. Jackson was very careful and thorough in his exam and discussion of my skin issues. He does not rush and spends time to ensure you get answers to your questions and are provided with any needed info. He is very personable and has a good staff supporting him which is appreciated.
Very bad, I gave him too many chances and now I am going for my sixth surgery to repair the mess he made
I had my initial visit with Dr. Jackson today. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, polite and kind. He answered all of my questions. His staff is also very nice and polite. I will be returning for my annual follow-up appointments.
Very bad experience. I was being railroaded into surgery by a smooth talking salesman who kept threatening me with tendon rupture if surgery wasn't done immediately. He didn't listen to me and wasn't in favor of trying physical therapy or other conservative measures. Receptionist also chimed in to tell a story about a basketball player whose achilles tendon had ruptured. Had me very upset by the time I left the office. I have had several surgeries with Dr Matteucci and had many issues with my foot along with bad arthritis. He has always been honest with me and done what he can to alleviate my pain.
I had big foot issues - bunions, nerve pain, hammer toes - not pretty and really painful. Dr. Matteucci's knowledge of what was wrong and what needed to be done, convinced me it was time to get surgery done and out of the way. Well, within 2 days, only using Naproxen for the swelling, discomfort, I was able to walk PAIN FREE. It was a great relief. Dr. Jackson told my father that he had a cyst behind his ear. He lanced it once and drained it twice before telling him that he made a mistake and it was squamous cell carcinoma. It was 8 months of office visits before Dr. Jackson even took a biopsy. My father died in terrible pain from this huge hole in his head. No medication eased his pain. The horrific quality of his last days were heartbreaking to see. Do not go to this quack!
