I have seen Dr. Jackson for many years since I moved to Staten Island. I have always found his recommendations and treatment to be very helpful in ameliorating my dermatological problem. This has ranged from fungus, to moles, to cancer. His office is certainly not flashy, and sometimes the wait is long (sometimes not). But it is worth it to have a doctor I can trust to deal with skin issues. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I almost let Dr. Matteucci perform surgery on me, and I am so glad I didn't. I went to other podiatrists for a second opinion and they said surgery was absolutely unnecessary and would likely make my condition worse. All he wanted was my money. He is arrogant and greedy.
How many times do I have to keep asking what kind of skin disease my family member has? My family member has gone to this man a few times about what kind of skin issue he is having. And instead of being direct with an answer this man will AVOID the question by saying ‘it’s aggressive’ or ‘it’ll take a few months to heal’. I get the feeling he has no idea what he’s talking about which I highly doubt or he’s trying to milk out the insurance. DON’T GO TO HIM! I won’t sugar coat it, he’s awful
Great doctor very attentive waited one hour and a half to see him though but worth it
I have gone to Dr. Spalding for dental care for over twenty years. He is good at what he does, does what is needed, and doesn't push you into doing unnecessary and expensive procedures. His prices are fair and he's a pretty funny fellow as a bonus. His staff is very friendly.
He is very thorough and has good patient rapport. Long wait time even though I had an appointment.
Dr. Matteucci- is a very good doctor. takes his time with you for your appt - never in a hurry- explains well. I would recommend everyone to him. When my mother was in an assisted living facility- he went to her because her feet were so bad. and no matter what time it was he made sure to see her before he went home.
The wait time in Dr Jackson’s office is unacceptable. There is no reason for us to be seen 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. No phone call and no apology. A complete disregard for us and our time.
Dr. Spalding has been absolutely great. He takes the time to talk to you about your options and his work is second to none. Great staff too.
