"Keith Powell Heating and Cooling" was TERRIBLE.Their technician who came out was so bad. His diagnosis was completely wrong, and obviously so. He said multiple false, incompetent things about our pipes and the law about what he could do. | 1.) As soon as he left, I could see there was no way the water was coming from where he said it was. We stand behind our work and our employee and do not feel that this situation has been explained properly.
