dissatisfied customer I would not do business with these people. Their technician was dishonest and I caught him red-handed trying to install a part that worked perfectly on our heat pump. Long story short after giving exhorbitant estimates (twice than that of other HVAC contractors) and seeing that I wasn't buying it, he then came through the house w/a new part in his hand saying it needed replaced - a part that boosts the blower, supposedly.
