I saw Dr K. Schaible several times over the past 4 years for a degenerative disc in my lower back. Two MRI's and several follow up visits. I followed Dr Schaible's treatment plan and have avoided back surgery. I'm now 99.9% pain-free .
I had back surgery in 2013 and again in 2015. Herniated discs and spinal fusion and pinched nerve. I still can't stand up straight, walk without a cane or walker and I am in constant pain. Norcos nor lyrica helped with the pain. I'm only 56 and had to retire early.
I was unimpressed the moment I entered the office. The staff was not friendly, poor customer service for a new patient. Does not accept debit / credit which was my first flag. Dr came into the exam room and wiped his hand on his pants before shaking my hand. I am here for a brain tumor consultation not a band aid. Had to ask to see MRI results and the dr appeared put out stating he already logged off. Flippant and not interested.
Very Poor bedside manner. Way too confident in himself to empathize with patients or their loved ones.
