Dr. Kowalczyk made a great impression. Extremely knowledgeable, explained the path forward and his rationale for his recommendations. I'm very grateful to have found a urologist with his skills.
Weak on support documentation that walks patients through how the prostate is connected to the body and how connections will look and work post surgery. Doctor was patient and willing to answer my questions but there should be a support document that provides visuals and walks the patient through through the process. Too much reliance on verbal communication and too little written and graphic support.
