I’ve truly had an excellent experience across the board at this practice. I came to Dr. Santiago in severe pain with multiple broken bones, and from day one, he has been transparent, compassionate, and truly exceptional as a physician. The entire practice has been incredibly helpful throughout my recovery—from the providers and front desk staff to the occupational therapy team. Dr. Keith Santiago is truly amazing and I would definitely recommend him to family, friends, and to the public. He did a phenomenal job of explaining what my issue was, going over treatment options, and then letting me know that he was there to do whatever I chose to do to alleviate my pain and symptoms and make me feel better. Dr. Santiago is nothing short of a miracle worker! He has totally transformed my husband’s hand which was severely curled in from Duchene’s Contracture. He speaks clearly and confidently. He makes you understand everything before he does anything. He took the time to pray with us before each appointment, giving us comfort and encouragement. Can’t say enough good things about him. 5 Stars. Highly recommended!
