I got a 3-ton unit put in in September I have called them at least 6 times to fix the problem its January now we just had our first snow of the year and my heat is blowing cold air. I really thought I was choosing the right Company to put the unit in but I guess not. We shall see how long it takes for them to call or show up that's what they did the last time they came out like I was doing something wrong myself. Crazy huh? Maybe they can get the problem fixed
Last night my HVAC quit cooling my house and the unit was only circulating air. I called first thing this morning to have a tech come and run a diagnosis. Ian was the tech that came to help. He was down to earth and super nice. Inspected the unit after I ran through the issues/details of the unit. He knew instantly what was wrong, replaced the capacitor, and the unit was working again.
