We chose Keith for buying our home here in Gulf Breeze. And we are so glad that we did! He provided us with expert advise even about topics we didn't even think about but might provide problems and issues in the future.He negotiated a really good deal for us and made it happen even though there were at lot of hick ups and stones in the way. Can highly recommend Keith and his team to absolutely everyone! We certainly go back to him when we decide to buy another house.

I am an experienced real estate investor. Found Keith when my current broker was not preforming. Keith was amazingly competent, knew the market, how to negotiate in that market and how to prepare the property for sale. He sold my property in a few weeks, at the price range we had originally agreed on. I highly recommend him. He made the whole selling process so easy.

Keith is absolutely fantastic to work with. My wife and I recently contacted Keith and his team and worked directly with Keith to sell our home in Pensacola, FL. We were not too well versed in how the real estate market goes and even how to go about selling a house but Keith was super professional.
