He rushed the appointment. Took a quick look and said that everything will be fine. He didn’t answer any of our questions. Just told us to look it up online or to talk to our regular doctor and walked out the door.
- phones are off in the middle of the day for two hours - half of the time when I called either nobody answered or we were left on hold for more than ten minutes and instead of apologizing, they blamed it on the "new phone system" - unreasonably long wait time for my appointment - upstairs front desk is the most unpleasant lady I have ever come across at any of my children's doctor's offices - doctor seemed annoyed that we were even there although he did try to hide it behind fake niceness
