Very efficient, ease of scheduling, checking in, very reasonable wait time. Dr. Glowacki was very personable, attentive, and informative.
Most thorough visit I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr. Glowacki took time to explain in detail exactly what happened to my arm. The whole staff was very friendly.
Within 15 minutes after I arrived at Ortho Virginia, and I was early, Dr. Glowacki's nurse and seen me, my left arm and been x-rayed, and I had seen Dr. Glowacki and he explained what was going on with my arm (tennis elbow). He then stepped out to get me printed information, a brace and a cortisone shot which has my arm feeling so much better. Dr. Glowacki and his staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable on my first visit. He is very professional, caring, took his time to listen and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommended!!
He was kind, courteous, explained everything and made me feel valued.
Great visit but my medicine was not called in to my pharmacy so had to get the on call doctor to do it. The pharmacist said there was one other person who also had this happen yesterday from the same doctor.
Post op appointment, always takes time and explains the next steps to a full recovery.
