Great training. Great value. This was a very thorough training! An intense 4 days but my colleagues and I enjoyed the interaction between all participants and Dr. Keiter. We are confident that whether or not we pursue mediation as a business opportunity, we will use this information in our positions as leaders of our School of Social Work.
Rob provided a very thorough and engaging training on mediation. The group had so much fun, but also learned so many valuable techniques. Rob was very knowledgeable and compassionate as the group navigated the complexities of the topic. I look forward to attending any future training he offers on advanced mediation topics!
