While the dental care was fine the billing dept was very questionable. I was told one price for a quote for out of pocket and insurance and received a bill outrageously higher than the quote.

Doctor failed to mention that the tooth he filled could hurt due to hot and cold temperatures until after he filled it. Leading to another full price to get it pulled, they refused to discount the procedure. Bad business practices, not the only issue me or my coworkers have experienced with this company. You should consider other dentist in the area.

Dr. Keilman and Krystal have been the dream dream for me. I DO NOT do well with any dental work. I have even experienced a panic attack in their office during a procedure and they could not have taken better care of me. I appreciate and trust them so much. I could not recommend this office more. ❤
If you are looking for a gentle competent touch with knowledgeable billing practices, move along. Sadly, they are none of these. My own laziness and high pain tolerance allowed me to stay far too long with this office. Overcharging seems to be the norm and damaging my teeth permanently is the price I paid. Probably going to have to have a lawyer sort this one out. If you are a Vet, I would not recommend this office as a courtesy to a fellow Veteran. Go Navy!
I've been with this dentist since I was 12 and I absolutely love them! Addie always does amazing on my teeth cleanings and shes always such a spunk to be around! they've worked with me multiple times and Dr. Keilman is an amazing dentist! love this office and their staff.
