The entry level young lady was in the learning phase, the tester Brandy before Dr.Braet was on the ball and very pleasant and explained the tests as they were being done. Dr. Braet, told me that she a very Mother to Bea. She is very knowlegeable and pleasant as well. The comfort to of me each test result being explained in detail was very professional.
